Flexible Plan

Our flex plan is most definitely the most popular option. Perfect for you if you are a holiday homeowner who lives abroad, have full time work commitments or if you would simply just like to focus on other things and have us manage your property fully for you.

For this option, we charge a commission from the total monthly revenue of the property starting from 15% + vat.

Fixed Plan

Our fixed plan is ideal for those wanting to know exactly what they will receive each month. We will agree with you an above-average guaranteed monthly rental fee. We will then lease your property and offer it as a short term let solution.
