In 2018, Dave was selling his Norwich home in order to move to London and start a new job in the big smoke. The sale fell through late on leaving Dave with the difficult decision of what to do next.
Renting the property long term was one option but finding suitable tenants to look after a property is not always easy and the expense of an agent’s management fees meant there would be little profit at the end of each month.
Long term renting just seemed too much work and far too inconvenient.
That’s where we came in…

Dave’s living happily in London, succeeding in his new job with the comfort of knowing his home is in safe hands. The property is regularly welcoming guests and generating revenue far exceeding what is possible through a long-term tenancy. All of the bookings, enquiries, check ins / check outs and cleaning are taken care of by us.
We continue to generate bookings, Dave continues to receive a terrific added income.
