Neil teamed up with us here at Hostberry back in 2018, having just recently become the owner of an apartment in one of the most popular areas of Norwich.
Shortly after taking on Apartment 126, Neil contacted us for advice and support with the property. It became clear the Apartment would be ideal for a city break holiday let. So close to the city centre, not far from the University, and within the ever sought after ‘Golden Triangle’ this property possessed terrific potential, and was one which we were particularly excited about.
The only problem now was that the Apartment needed significant work before it was even liveable, never mind to the Hostberry standard. It was time to get to work! Supporting Neil through the entire process we:
Neil decided he was able to take on some of the managing responsibilities himself. We offered him a tailor-made package just for him, perfectly suited to his requirements. We partner with owners who are in all kinds of situations and are always prepared to do what we can to be flexible to their needs.
Neil now manages his own Airbnb and Booking.com accounts, whilst we list Apartment 126 on our sister company’s website Norfolk Holiday Properties. Our local agents regularly take bookings for the property and are always offering friendly advice and local tips for all of the guests that we take bookings for.
We synchronised Norfolk Holiday Properties calendar with Neil’s Airbnb and Booking.com accounts, meaning we are able to avoid double bookings, whilst maximising exposure.
Neil’s refurbished apartment is looking absolutely beautiful and is very popular amongst guests, regularly receiving five-star reviews. It’s been transformed from a property which needed some serious TLC into a thriving holiday let, which guests love for it’s unique decor and wonderful location. Apartment 126 is close to restaurants and bars, just minutes from shops and right on the doorstep of all that Norwich has to offer.
